Hope Thanksgiving was wonderful for everyone!

I had such a fun time getting together with my family, watching great football and celebrating a great victory and shopping....now, ready to get back to work and help Santa with a lot of Christmas presents!

Here Comes Santa Claus! *SOLD*

When I started this little painting, I didn't quite expect his expression to come out a little happy, a little bewildered, but still with a twinkle in his eye, but I'm glad it did. It's probably the way most of look about now! Merry Christmas, everyone! Don't let the hectic side of things keep you from seeing the beauty around you...keep that twinkle!!

Here we go! Tomorrow is December 1st and the race begins for me! I like to wait until after Thanksgiving before I get started with Christmas, but feel slightly panicked that I haven't done anything yet. Oh, well - I guess I work better under pressure! I had a wonderful Thanksgiving and now my tree is up and I've made a dent in my shopping! I have lots of painting to do, so I wanted to have my Christmas "chores" done early!
